Tomato, chorizo, red peppers, red onion, mozzarella & fior di latte
The Tremila dough is made with Italian Caputo flour milled specifically for pizza and fermented for 48 hours, making it light and fluffy. Sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes which have a stronger, sweeter and less acidic taste than some other varieties, and cheese is from That’s Amore. The pizza is wood fired in an oven at 400 degrees. Everything is done the same as in a restaurant, we just cook the pizza for a fraction of a second less so you can warm in the oven at home.
