Citrus infused Ossobuco Ravioli & Napoli Sauce
We slow cook our ossobuco in a succulent tomato and red wine sauce until the meat is falling off the bone. We then combine the vibrant lively flavours of citrus to brighten the flavour profile then we encase this in into a classic egg pasta ravioli.
Our pasta dough is made with organic Molino Pasini 00 flour sourced from Italy. Organic free-range eggs are sourced right here in Melbourne.
This limited-edition pasta is best served with a rich Napoli sauce or a classic butter and sage.
