This iconic winery originally established in 1860’s holds the longest history in wine making in Victoria. This is his first and only rose release which we are very lucky to be able to list. We have a tiny allocation of this delicious Shiraz based rose that sings Provence!
It’s light and fragrant of rose petals, strawberries and candied rhubarb. It has elegant acidity and texture with a dry lingering finish. This is unlike most Australian roses, in that is not a fruit bomb. Day drinking wine at it’s best!
Food match: Seafood, cured salmon especially, cured meats, Moroccan style beans w smoked ham hock.
